The poetry contest has now started. Deadline for one page entries is Saturday, March 31st.
Email your entries to: teens@markham.library.on.ca
Same place as you send blog applications.
Please note: the winner must agree to have their picture taken for the website.

It must be a one page Microsoft Word Document. No longer than one page.
Maximum entries is 5.
The contest is running slowly, right now. I think i only have about 9 entries.

Mina,
We were very late, last year making an anthology.
We took all the poems that were entered and made a little booklet which we gave to the poets who entered the contest.
The problem was many of the entries were not in word format so we had to do them over which is why this year, I am insisting that they be in word documents.
I want to get the anthology out earlier.
